Nikki Vajsar

Nikki Vajsar is an Architectural Designer and licensed Architectural Technologist with over 20 years of experience in residential design and extensive expertise in the building permit process. A graduate of the Architecture program at Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson), Nikki has designed hundreds of homes throughout the GTA — experience that ultimately led her to establish House Lab Inc.

Nikki works closely with each client to understand their vision and create a unique, thoughtfully designed home that suits their needs and lifestyle. Projects range from small and large-scale renovations and additions to custom new builds, laneway suites, and garden suites.

With a practical and collaborative approach, Nikki brings together design, technical knowledge, and permitting expertise to help clients navigate the process from concept through to construction.
